Orders, Shipping & Tracking

All Shan and Toad orders, come beautifully wrapped in our branded packaging including a branded box, matching tissue paper, stickers, and postcards. Don't forget you have the option to add a gift note at checkout.

We offer 2 flat-rate shipping options at Shan and Toad. Both options will be presented at checkout.

Standard Shipping arrives within 7-10 days and starts at $14.95

Expedited Shipping arrives within 5-7 days and starts at $39.95

We have recently moved our warehouse to New Dehli, India. We have a charming little team that is attentive to picking and packing your orders in an organized and beautiful way.

We ship all orders by Fedex or DHL. Orders usually arrive in a timely manner, but if you see a delay in your tracking, or that your order isn't moving along in a timely manner, feel free to message us and we will contact the shipping carrier to see if we can do anything to help.

If you're just getting cold feet and are nervous about fit or the style being right, hang on until you can give them a try- we think you'll love them as much as we do. If you don't, we can always help with a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

We stock a large variety of brands and sizing tends to vary from brand to brand. That's why we are always available to help with sizing recommendations and to provide measurements. Returns and Exchanges

Sure you can! Please note that we do not make refunds, but we do issue store credits, and we can surely help with an exchange. We can also offer shipping labels and the cost of the labels will be deducted from your store credit.

We offer a 14 day return period. You can return or exchange your purchase. Once the return is made, we will deposit a store credit in your account. For returns or exchanges, please CLICK HERE.

Please note that swimsuits, underwear, and socks are not eligible for return. Also, sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

We will happily provide you with a return shipping label, but please note that we do not offer free shipping. The shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit. We do try to help with sizing advice as much as possible, so in case you are unsure about sizing and fit, feel free to message customer service at info@shanandtoad.com so we can help with sizing advice and provide measurements if you like.

Payments and Store Credits

Hang tight, as soon as the return is received at our warehouse, we will issue a store credit. We'll be sure to send a notification by email as soon as its issued.

At Shan and Toad, we scour the market to curate the most exclusive kidswear, with a strong propensity to work with sustainable brands. We take pride in offering you premium quality clothing, shoes, and accessories that are mostly sourced from sustainable brands. We have a limited quantity of products as we don't want to be left with too much extra stock. That's why we recommend snatching up your favorite things early in the season. We do have end of season sales and do offer occasional coupons, but we aim to sell the majority of our goods at full price in order to minimize wasteful buying. At this time, we do not offer free shipping, but we do offer flat rate shipping at reduced costs. Anyways, be sure to SUSCRIBE to our email list and DOWNLOAD our app so you don't miss out on a promotional event.

Our eGift Cards are all electronic and can be emailed to you or to the recipient.
