Shipping and Returns


Placing an order

You can place an order at ShanandToad via our 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Phone orders are welcome from Monday to Friday from 10 AM until 6 PM. Once the order is placed, an email confirmation will be sent to the customer.

Tracking an Order

At any time after placing an order, you can check the status by logging into your account or contacting customer service. We will do our utmost to deal with your order in a timely manner. All orders will be processed promptly and an email confirmation will be sent within 24-36 hours. Shipping times must be taken into account of the order confirmation email.

If any of the items are on backorder or are not available for immediate delivery, the customer will be notified by email and the customer can decide whether to wait for the item, cancel the order, or receive credit for the purchase of another item.


Shan and Toad delivery to your every need! You can have your order delivered to your home or have a gift delivered to a friend. If the order is a gift, please indicate it at the time of checkout and we will have your item gift-wrapped. A personalized message can also be written, which will be printed on a card and added to the gift. Every ShanandToad order is presented in our charming paper and stickers! 

Delivery charges vary depending on the geographical area of delivery. 
Express orders that are high in value or high volume are subject to additional shipping charges, per weight and size.

International Orders:
$14.95 flat-rate Standard Shipping (7-10 business days) via Fedex

$39.95 flat-rate Express Shipping (5-7 business days) via Fedex.

Standard shipping rate is not available for select countries. Some countries are subject to higher shipping fees. These options will be presented at checkout.

Charges will vary depending on the destination and preferred delivery time.

Please note that overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes, which are at the responsibility of the receiver.

Overseas deliveries may be affected by customs and excise delays. We are at your service to rectify the situation where feasible.

We are not responsible for any losses or damages that occur during shipping and delivery. Lost orders are at the expense of the customer.

Return Policy

Shan and Toad to please!  However, if for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item/s in exchange for a store credit, all returns must be authorized by email: info@shanandtoad.com.

Items must be in brand new condition, with original tags attached. After receiving a return number, you may ship the items back to us. 

All returns should be sent to our business in India and shipping costs on your behalf.

The return must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.  We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in delivery.

If we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions and returns from such customers at shanandtoad.com.

Swimsuits are final sale only.

All sale items are final sale.   Items that are sale and discounted  are not eligible for exchange or credit.

If you want to return or exchange a product, simply log on to your account and choose REQUEST A RETURN, or click Return an Order

Choose the product, choose the reason for the return and click CONFIRM.

Once we have received your request for return, we will validate, and you will be sent a return slip via FedEx. Shan and Toad return fees, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.
