We ship all orders by Fedex or DHL. Orders usually arrive in a timely manner, but if you see a delay in your tracking, or that your order isn't moving along in a timely manner, feel free to message us and we will contact the shipping carrier to see if we can do anything to help.

We have a limited quantity of products as we don't want to be left with too much extra stock. That's why we recommend snatching up your favorite things early in the season. We do have end of season sales and do offer occasional coupons, but we aim to sell the majority of our goods at full price in order to minimize wasteful buying.
