Items must be in brand new condition, with original tags attached. After receiving a return authorization, you may ship the items back to us.
All returns should be sent to our business in India. Return shipping costs will not be paid by Shan and Toad..
The return must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in delivery.
If we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions and returns from such customers at shanandtoad.com.

Once we have received your request for return, we will validate, and you will be sent a return slip via FedEx. Shan and Toad return fees, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.
